Kyle and team are excited to bring creative, local, seasonal cooking to downtown Cary with the addition of the Craft Concepts Kitchen at Triangle Beer Co.! Kyle's kitchen ethos is to utilize as many local farms and purveyors to bring a rotating menu that will keep you coming back to more! Kyle's childhood began in Northern New Jersey (Taylor Ham country) and at age 15 he moved to Memphis, TN and found himself in a kitchen. This is where his culinary career path began- under the wing of a great chef who showed Kyle the art of the job. Kyle moved to Raleigh 7 years ago and was again lucky to find himself among some amazing local chefs who again took the time to instill in him a passion for locality and a commitment to excellence.
